Terms of Service:
1. General. By submitting advertising for inclusion on LinkBidz.com, advertiser/agency agrees to be bound by the terms of this contract. No conditions other than those set forth herein shall be binding on LinkBidz.com. This contract supersedes any previous agreements between LinkBidz.com and advertiser/agency relating to the subject matter set forth herein. LinkBidz.com's only obligation to serve advertisements hereunder shall be to serve advertisements of the advertiser described herein, and in no event shall LinkBidz.com be obligated to serve advertisements for any other advertiser.
2. Changes and Cancellations. Once a Payment (account deposit) has been made, there will be no refunds available.
Ad Cancellations and changes can be made via the advertiser login at anytime. LinkBidz.com's advertising specifications
are accessible through the advertiser login. LinkBidz.com reserves the right to change any of its advertising specifications
at any time.
3. Delivery, Frequency and Makegood. All figures relating to the number of advertisements served as determined by LinkBidz.com shall govern, regardless of whether advertiser/agency is using the services of a third party ad server. If LinkBidz.com fails to provide the guaranteed number of impressions, Hunt4Stuff.com will make good on this contract.
4. Key Words and Phrases. LinkBidz.com offers no exclusivity on keywords or phrases. Each advertiser will be given
ranking positions based upon the bid they enter on keywords/phrases.
5. Rejections. LinkBidz.com reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any advertisement or to reject
or terminate any links, buttons, boxes or banners for any reason at any time, with or without notice to the advertiser/agency
and whether or not such advertisement, link, button, box or banner was previously acknowledged, accepted, or published.
6. Licenses and Indemnification. Advertiser/agency grants LinkBidz.com the right to use, reproduce, publicly display
and distribute advertiser's advertisments and collateral information and warrants that advertiser/agency has the right to
grant such license. Advertiser/Agency represents that the advertiser is the owner or is licensed to use the entire contents
and subject matter contained in its advertisements and collateral information, including, without limitation, (a) the names
and/or pictures of persons; (b) any copyrighted material, trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or depictions of trademarked
or service marked goods or services; and (c) any testimonials or endorsements contained in any advertisement submitted
to LinkBidz.com. In addition, advertiser/agency represents that the advertiser's advertisements and collateral information
do not violate any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation. In consideration of LinkBidz.com's acceptance of such advertisements and information for publication, the advertiser and agency will jointly and severally indemnify and hold
harmless LinkBidz.com and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, accountants, attorneys, agents, parent
affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs
and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to: (i) advertiser/agency's breach
of any covenants, representations and warranties made therein, (ii) LinkBidz.com's performance under this contract,
and (iii) the copying, printing, distributing, transmitting or publishing of advertiser's/agency's advertisements or collateral information by LinkBidz.com.
7. Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL LinkBidz.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATON, FOR LOST INCOME
OR PROFITS, IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT, EVEN IF .com HAS BEEN ADVISED
AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Privacy Policy:
When you visit this site, you may provide LinkBidz.com with two types of information: personal information you actively choose to disclose and info collected, in a way not visible to you (through the use of cookies). When you
make a purchase for advertising with LinkBidz.com, we collect your name, address, phone number, email &
paypal email. We will NEVER share or sell this information to others. We may disclose anonymous information
about user habits, characteristics and user patterns to advertisers of our site. We also may be required by Law or Government Agency to disclose information you have provided to LinkBidz.com and will do so if required by Law.
LinkBidz.com has the following Privacy Policy with respect to information gathered on Web pages hosted by
Hunt4Stuff.com. Such information is received by LinkBidz. The terms "we" and "us" refer to LinkBidz.com.

this information may include the Client's name and contact information, the Client's Web site information (name, URL,

We use the information you provide about yourself or others to complete the transaction for which the information is
intended. Such transactions may include: administering a service, such as search, community, advertising sales,
ecommerce; completing an order; replying to support requests; or contacting you if you have granted us permission to
do so. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy and the End-User Agreement, we do not share this information with
outside parties without your permission except to the extent that is necessary to administer the services we offer our
Clients and End-Users or to comply in responding to subpoenas, court orders or other legal proceedings.
From time to time, we also use the information you provide about yourself or others to inform you of additions or
improvements to the LinkBidz.com services.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways or for reasons unrelated
to the ones described above without also providing an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Clients can access their personally identifiable information that LinkBidz.com collects online and maintains by logging
in to their password-protected account and selecting "Edit My Profile."
